Why Do I Get Logged Out When I Begin To Surf?

This is not something which may ever happen to you but if it does then these are some possible causes:

1. It may be due to a problem with cookies. Typically, surfing / login problems are associated with cookies. Make sure your browser and/or firewall are set to allow all cookies and not blocking third party cookies.

You may also need to add ilovehits.com to your allowed sites list. Refer to your browser and/or firewall help feature for instructions on changing cookie settings.

2. You have no sites listed. Another issue could be you do not have any URLs listed in ‘My Sites’, please add a site and then try to surf again.

3. You may have more than one account. Sometimes you may have an old account that has been suspended through lack of use or that you just simply forgot about. If this is the case and you still have access to your old account then delete that account. If you do not have access to the account then you may need to contact TimTech Support for help on 1-877-244-3581 or by email to [email protected]

4. You did not verify your email. You will have received an email when you first joined ILH asking you to verify the email address you used to sign up. This step helps ensure that you really did want the account and that the email address which was provided was the one you wanted to use and that you have access to. Look for this verification email in your inbox but it may also have gone to your spam or junk folder so check there too. Open the email and click on the verification link it contains.
